Located in Ward 7 in the Fort Davis neighborhood. Completed a $630,000 façade replacement to upgrade and enhance the 44,000 sq ft center, built in 1949. Leveraged the renovated façade to draw quality, wellness-oriented tenants to a neighborhood lacking sufficient health services.
